The initial basic pay of a Customer Service Associate is:

The pay scale is:
₹24,050 – ₹64,480
Apart from the basic salary, selected candidates will receive allowances and other benefits as per the rules of the allotted participating bank.

- Subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or

- Candidates must choose one local language while filling out the application.
- Those who have studied the local language in Class 10 or above may be exempt from the test, subject to document verification.
- Candidates who fail the LLPT will not receive an appointment, even after qualifying the Main Examination.
